With over 35 years of experience in accountancy, I spent 17 years training and working in an accountancy practice before founding ADP Accounting 18 years ago.

What I enjoy most is helping business owners grow, increase profitability, and - of course - pay the least tax possible!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my little girl and our much-loved pets (one dog and one cat), relaxing with a good book, and socialising with family and friends. I’m also a self-confessed tech enthusiast and box set binge-watcher.

Lucy Smith

Client Services and Office Support Assistant

I joined ADP Accounting in 2024 after graduating from university. While I’m still relatively new to the role, I’ve quickly learned a lot and enjoy supporting our clients and team.

I’m responsible for addressing many client queries, assisting with small payrolls, and handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.

In my free time, I love spending time with my dogs, reading, and taking trips to the beach, especially as we’re lucky to be based near the beautiful Norfolk coast. I also enjoy quality time with my friends and family.
