Director

With over 35 years of experience in accountancy, I spent 17 years training and working in an accountancy practice before founding ADP Accounting 18 years ago.

What I enjoy most is helping business owners grow, increase profitability, and - of course - pay the least tax possible!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my little girl and our much-loved pets (one dog and one cat), relaxing with a good book, and socialising with family and friends. I’m also a self-confessed tech enthusiast and box set binge-watcher.

Debbie Newson

Accounts Assistant

I’ve been working in accountancy for over 25 years. At ADP Accounting, I look after bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, and sole trader accounts, making sure everything runs smoothly and accurately for our clients.

I enjoy building good relationships with the people I work with and helping to take the stress out of managing their finances.

I’m also involved with a local charity supporting people with learning disabilities - which is actually how I first met Pauline, our director. When I’m not working with numbers, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or keeping active with sports like pickleball and swimming.

Lucy Smith

Client Services and Office Support Assistant

I joined ADP Accounting in 2024 after graduating from university. While I’m still relatively new to the role, I’ve quickly learned a lot and enjoy supporting our clients and team.

I’m responsible for addressing many client queries, assisting with small payrolls, and handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.

In my free time, I love spending time with my dogs, reading, and taking trips to the beach, especially as we’re lucky to be based near the beautiful Norfolk coast. I also enjoy quality time with my friends and family.
